About the coffee: The STEM to Stern roast is a really fun Mexican single origin produced by small farm holders in the Chiapas and Nayarit highlands.This bean was processed naturally under the Mexican sun for 16 days inside the coffee cherry to provide a fruity but still chocolatey, bold and well rounded coffee that finishes clean on the palate.

Tastes great as a pour over, drip or French press and for the aficionados’ out there, this makes quite the cold brew and an espresso shot that stands up to any blend. This is a 12 oz bag, whole bean, fair trade organic coffee. Roasted with fir wood.

About the cause: STEM to Stern addresses major barriers to participation in rowing and STEM education that many students from underserved communities face. Our program provides necessary support to increase equity in rowing and education, creating life-changing experiences and bringing students from all backgrounds together.

The Campfire Coffee Fundraiser raises money for our STEM to Stern program. In order to ensure that our kids have access to transportation, swimming lessons, STEM education and rowing opportunities, we need local support.
