About the coffee: The Tacoma Rowing roast is a really fun Mexican single origin produced by small farm holders in the Chiapas and Nayarit highlands. This bean was honey processed to provide a sweet, but still chocolatey, bold and well rounded coffee that finishes clean on the palate.

Tastes great as a pour over, drip or French press and for the aficionados’ out there, this makes quite the cold brew and an espresso shot that stands up to any blend. This is a 12 oz bag, whole bean, fair trade organic coffee. Roasted with fir wood.
